All purchases on socl.gg are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any plan, upgrade, or one-time purchase once payment has been completed.
No refunds
By completing a purchase you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and non-refundable. This applies to Premium, badges, and every other paid product or feature offered on socl.gg.
Because access to digital features is granted immediately upon payment, we are unable to offer refunds for unused time, partial use, or change of mind.
Free before you pay
socl.gg is free to use, so you can fully explore the platform before deciding to upgrade. We strongly encourage you to do so, as no refund will be issued after purchase.
Chargebacks
Opening a chargeback or payment dispute in place of contacting us may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and access to purchased features.
Required by law
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection law. Where such a right applies, we will honor it to the extent required.
